F Meranti Didgeridoo
Background: Darker piece of Meranti with a piece of lighter coloured sap wood running up the bore. One of a series of expeiments in sound - take 10 pieces of wood the same size, and make them all slightly different inside to see what and how the sound is affected. This didge toots very easily and has a rich resonant sound. Good for vocals. Finished with three layers of Danish Oil and four layers of Finishing Oil with a couple of layers of wax for good measure.
