Hi, I’m Matthew Willems a.k.a. Copperman, and welcome to Copperman.co.uk, a site run by myself to promote and share my interests in art, craft, music, and the didgeridoo (an amazing wind instrument traditionally found in Australia).

Living and working on England’s south coast I aim to use local sustainable and/or recycled materials wherever possible (‘waste not want not’ as my Granma used to say) - everything I make is lovingly and individually hand-made making each item totally unique.

Within this site you will find examples of my artwork, craftwork, and didgeridoo’s for sale, alongside a number of galleries displaying a comprehensive range of my previous work and photo’s of event’s, festivals and workshops.


I have tried to make this site as user friendly and accessible as possible, dividing by categories and navigating via the menus above and left. Both a site map and search box are available. Navigation icons will appear as a column on the right hand side, their use and function will be relevant to the page content, e.g. music samples, download etc.


I value what each and every visitor thinks of this site. If you have any feedback, suggestions or questions, please feel free to email me.


I expect to have this site built by the end of the summer 2008. I am adding content and material almost everyday and sorting any bugs as I go along - please have patience - if it isn't there now, it will be soon. Thank you.
